Design Challenge
Prudential Global Investment Management (PGIM), a global investment management business of Prudential, was in need of a trade show exhibit solution to kick-off its trade show schedule. Being one of the primary sponsors for their first event – the MorningStar Investment Conference – PGIM needed a brighter, more attention-grabbing exhibit solution than past owned exhibits. The exhibit needed to embody the PGIM brand guidelines and incorporate a large TV monitor and two iPads, which were used to capture leads in-booth. Additionally, PGIM needed an exhibit that was built to last and could grow and adapt with the company over time.
Design Solution
Nimlok New York City designed an exhibit that featured a backlit backwall with clean, bold graphic images. The Nimlok New York City team creatively worked to incorporate PGIM’s “corner frame” branding element in both exhibit accents (via two angular, fabric canopies), reception counter and graphic accents on the monitor kiosk.
To promote easy lead capture, Nimlok New York City designed a reception counter with built-in monitor mounts for two iPad devices. This enabled visitors to easily enter their lead information on the show floor without interrupting traffic inside the booth.
Finally, Nimlok New York City designed the exhibit to be modular in nature, and offered PGIM several “scale up” options, should the company need to expand its booth to fit large exhibit spaces. As a result of this creative, goal-focused exhibit and its flexibility to adapt in the future, PGIM was able to exceed their exhibiting goals and expand their exhibiting program to include more events.
