President, Nimlok Canada Limited

Tina Vedovat is President of Nimlok Canada Ltd. Tina is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and an honors graduate of York University with a Bachelor of Arts. She started her career with Nimlok Canada as the company’s CFO in 2003. In 2004, she was promoted to Executive Vice-President and became President of Nimlok Canada in 2005. A results-oriented person, her main focus is developing and executing business strategies and policies towards the growth of the business and its efficient operation.

Giles Douglas is the President and CEO of the Orbus Exhibit & Display Group, which includes the Nimlok brand, Orbus365, Origin, SignPro Systems, and Axis. Mr. Douglas has been with the P3 Group since 1999 and traveled to the USA in 2001 to establish the Orbus brand. Before that time Mr. Douglas worked in the European trade show and exhibit industry.

Gerald Perutz
P3 Group Worldwide Chairman

In early 1970, Gerald Perutz and a group of investors founded Nimlok Ltd. in London, which was the first brand introduced under the P3 Group. At the time, Mr. Perutz was serving as CEO of Bell & Howell Limited. In 1977, Mr. Perutz moved his family to Chicago. While working for Bell & Howell, he continued his work with Nimlok and in 1981 he and his son Simon started Nimlok as the US office of Nimlok Ltd. In 1983, Mr. Perutz retired from Bell & Howell to focus his attentions on building Nimlok in the UK and the USA.

P3 Group President, North America

Simon Perutz is President of the P3 Group in North America. Since 1981, Simon has worked with the board of P3 group of executive directors to establish and shape the Nimlok brand in North America into a leading-edge identity and a leader in the exhibit and display industry. Simon also serves on the board of the P3 Group in Europe and has been a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization since 1989.

P3 Group President, Europe

Tim Perutz is President of the P3 Group in Europe and has served as Managing Director of Nimlok Ltd., Wellingborough, UK since 1992. Tim also serves on the board of the P3 Group in the USA and was honoured to receive the Northamptonshire Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001.


As a privately owned company founded in 1970, the P3 Group consists of 11 brands, over 500 employees, 8 locations and partners in 50 countries, making it one of the world’s largest suppliers of display, exhibit, and event solutions. Nimlok US and Nimlok Canada are the North American custom modular exhibit divisions of the P3 Group.
